At Ulefone, we stand behind the quality of our rugged devices and electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items that were included in the initial shipment.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned device to confirm its condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
